Acting as agent to the Joint Administrators, Wyles Hardy & Co. were instructed to realise the tangible fixed assets of materials handling equipment, for Entertainment UK Limited, a company involved in the retail supply and distribution primarily of retail media material. It was a wholly owned subsidiary of the Woolworths Group. At the time of the administration, Entertainment UK Limited’s turnover was said to be £1.4billion.
