ITV Digital Holdings Limited

Wyles Hardy handled the disposal of assets for ITV Digital Holdings Limited, including broadcasting and media equipment.

Wyles Hardy & Co managed the asset disposal for the Administrators of ITV Digital, a once-prominent player in the UK’s digital television industry. Following ITV Digital’s closure, Wyles Hardy & Co was appointed to oversee the sale of a wide array of broadcasting and media equipment, including state-of-the-art transmission technology, recording devices, and broadcasting infrastructure. Leveraging our expertise in media asset management, Wyles Hardy & Co conducted a well-organised disposal process that was meticulously planned to capture the highest possible returns on these valuable media assets, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved. The two-day auction was conducted via a Webcast Auction, a technical innovation in 2002 and was a resounding success.

This complex project demonstrated Wyles Hardy & Co’s in-depth understanding of the broadcasting and media sector, reinforcing our reputation as specialists in high-value media equipment disposal. By utilising targeted marketing techniques and industry-specific outreach, we attracted a diverse range of potential buyers, including television networks, production companies, and media organisations. Our success in managing the asset sale for ITV Digital highlighted our skill in maximising asset value within the broadcasting industry, solidifying Wyles Hardy & Co’s standing as a trusted name in the disposal of broadcasting and media equipment.
