Under instructions from the Liquidators of Kamkorp Limited Wyles Hardy & Co are instructed to offer for sale the share capital of Kamkorp Autokraft Limited.

Kamkorp Autokraft Limited is a non-trading subsidiary of Kamkorp Limited (in Liquidation) and currently holds one asset, the historic brand and associated IPR (trademarks) of Bristol Cars Limited.

There has been some confusion during the past 12 months surrounding the exact nature of the trademarks and intellectual property registered to Kamkorp Autokraft Limited and associated with Bristol Cars Limited. This has not been helped by an application to revoke the registrations of certain trademarks with the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO).

We are delighted to announce that a recent ruling from the UK IPO states that certain of the important trademark registration have been confirmed as legitimate and remain registered to Kamkorp Autokraft Limited.

As a consequence Wyles Hardy & Co Ltd are instructed to offer the share capital of Kamkorp Autokraft Limited, thereby providing a route through which the historic brand and associated IPR (trademarks) of Bristol Cars Limited may be acquired. This will comprise the Company name, the unregistered rights to the use of the historic designs and the following trademarks:

  • UKTM 1206663 – Bristol Roundel Badge – Class 12
  • UKTM 2424875 – the words “Bristol” and “Bristol Cars” – Class 12
  • UKTM 2624873 – Bristol York Scroll (x 4-ways) – Class 12
  • UKTM 3180258 – the words “Bristol Bullet” – Classes 3, 6, 9, 12, 14, 18, 21, 22, 24, 25, 28 & 35
  • UKTM 2625536 – the word “Reepublic” – Class 12

Concurrently Wyles Hardy & Co., under instructions from the liquidators of Bristol Cars Limited & Bristol Cars Services Limited will be offering the library of design drawings (physical and electronically held) and archive previously held by Bristol Cars Limited at their Windlesham premises and the Project Pinnacle (2016 Bristol Bullet) related assets to include the 2016 Bristol Bullet prototype car, electronically held design drawings, some build jigs and spare parts for the project. These assets currently lie at our Bovingdon premises. This is a unique opportunity for a new or existing E/V start-up to acquire a loved and respected British automotive brand.

Including the prototype car, requiring type approval. Assembly jigs and some body panels, alloy wheels, lights and some other parts and the digital design drawings for the project.

Comprising twelve multi drawer plans chests containing physical design drawings, digitally held designs relating to the Bristol Fighter car and archive of historic documentation.

The original Bullet, this car started life as a Bristol 409 Saloon which was taken back to Filton by the original owner due to extensive corrosion. It was deemed uneconomic to repair so was parked in a storage field used by the company for some years. Eventually, the company decided to build a Coach built Speedster Bodied car and the stored 409 was dragged out of storage and the project started resulting in this, the only car of its type.

4. A 1949 BRISTOL 400 SALOON

A Bristol 400 2-Litre Saloon, Chassis Number 400/513. This Bristol 400 2-Litre Saloon was built in 1948 and first registered in 1949. The subject of a fully documented and extensive restoration by her previous owner between 1988 and 2000.
