Under instructions from the Liquidators of Kamkorp Limited Wyles Hardy & Co are instructed to offer for sale the share capital of Kamkorp Autokraft Limited.
Kamkorp Autokraft Limited is a non-trading subsidiary of Kamkorp Limited (in Liquidation) and currently holds one asset, the historic brand and associated IPR (trademarks) of Bristol Cars Limited.
There has been some confusion during the past 12 months surrounding the exact nature of the trademarks and intellectual property registered to Kamkorp Autokraft Limited and associated with Bristol Cars Limited. This has not been helped by an application to revoke the registrations of certain trademarks with the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO).
We are delighted to announce that a recent ruling from the UK IPO states that certain of the important trademark registration have been confirmed as legitimate and remain registered to Kamkorp Autokraft Limited.
As a consequence Wyles Hardy & Co Ltd are instructed to offer the share capital of Kamkorp Autokraft Limited, thereby providing a route through which the historic brand and associated IPR (trademarks) of Bristol Cars Limited may be acquired. This will comprise the Company name, the unregistered rights to the use of the historic designs and the following trademarks:
- UKTM 1206663 – Bristol Roundel Badge – Class 12
- UKTM 2424875 – the words “Bristol” and “Bristol Cars” – Class 12
- UKTM 2624873 – Bristol York Scroll (x 4-ways) – Class 12
- UKTM 3180258 – the words “Bristol Bullet” – Classes 3, 6, 9, 12, 14, 18, 21, 22, 24, 25, 28 & 35
- UKTM 2625536 – the word “Reepublic” – Class 12
