It has been noted that a recent refresh of our website has created some consternation amongst those following the continuing saga surrounding the fate of the remaining physical assets of Bristol Cars Limited and the historic brand and associated IPR (trademarks) of Bristol Cars Limited (believed to be vested with Kamkorp Autokraft Limited in Liquidation).
Wyles Hardy & Co. would therefore like to apologise for any confusion caused and confirm that a disposal of the historic brand and trademarks is currently in abeyance pending a formal confirmation of where title is legally vested.
At the same time we still hold the archive of design drawings and sales records etc, a 1949 Bristol 400 saloon and the 1966 Bristol Bullet Speedster in order that they may be offered alongside the historic brand and IPR if and when the time comes.
However, offers are currently being considered for the 2016 Bristol Bullet Speedster (Project Pinnacle) prototype car and associated assets. This prototype car is now running and driving though has not been through type approval and cannot legally be used on the road.
