Instructed to assist in the valuation and marketing of the assets of an independent television production company and its sister distribution business. We undertook the direct marketing, information delivery and bid process to realise circa 160 hours of content mostly in the “Blue Light” fly on the wall factual TV genre.
This process was managed over a three week period leading to the introduction of a purchaser for the content and the subsequent sale of the edit suites, and office infrastructure.
TV Production and Media related businesses and their assets including underlying copyright, titles, studios editing suites, etc is an area where we can demonstrate a strong skill set.
