Retained by a Major UK Finance Company to assist in the location, recovery, and subsequent marketing of a fleet of municipal vehicles, including refuse collection vehicles, kerbsiders, gully tankers and light commercials.
Prompt action was demanded to ensure the fleet was brought to market in a timely manner, a timed on line auction was successfully utilised. We regularly undertake the tracing, recovery and marketing of assets on behalf of finance companies and banks and welcome Proceeds of Crime Act (POCA) sequestration and related instructions.
