We collect the following data about you when you apply to register for eligibility as a buyer at an Auction and whenever you provide updated details to us: your name, address, telephone numbers (including mobile), e-mail addresses, payment card details (where applicable) and type of products that you are interested in buying. We also allocate usernames, passwords and paddle numbers for you and issue replacement usernames, passwords and paddle numbers. Further, we may collect and record photographs, moving images and sound involving your participation in any aspect of the Auction.

You must only submit to us information which is accurate and not misleading about yourself and you must keep it up to date or inform us of changes.

Our use of your data

We use the information which you provide to us or which we collect so you can have access to the areas of our Auction service for which you are eligible to use or participate. We also use your data in case we have any queries, for billing, to verify identities, for security, to solve disputes and to provide a quality service.
