The Conditions of Sale detailed below apply to sale of plant and machinery, chattel assets and trading stocks conducted by the company. In addition to these general conditions of sale, special conditions of sale and notices to purchasers set out in the catalogue or pre invoice documentation may be issued. Together they shall comprise the Conditions of Sale. Sales of Business’s will invariably be sold by contract.
