With the current threat of Coronavirus (Covid-19) we are prioritising the safety of everyone who works with us and those who interact as bidders/buyers along with their contractors.
Until we are directed otherwise by the Government or clients our diary of planned asset disposals will continue however, we have changed the way we shall operate viewings and clearances of the lots for sale by the registered bidders as follows.
The majority of our disposals are Online Auctions where bidding is done remotely and all lot information is carried online including imagery. For parties who planned to attend to inspect lots to resolve general or specific lot queries we invite you to contact us so that you may inspect only subject to a Prior Appointment with us once you have registered as a bidder.
Our site clearance/asset collection process is already very structured however buyers should anticipate stricter enforcement of payment process and all collections shall be by prior appointment until further notice so that we can protect both you and our staff as much as practically possible.
