Wyles Hardy Employee Graduates with Top Marks!
Congratulations to Gemma Culverhouse our trainee valuer on her successful completion of a Masters of Science in Real Estate and in achieving a first class grading.
Gemma undertook the 2 year course at the University College of Real Estate in Reading, during the pandemic, studying a range of valuation modules as well as elements of real estate, culminating in a 10,000 word dissertation. Gemma is now working towards her professional membership with the RICS focussing on business asset valuation as well as intellectual property to complement her previous legal and property experience.
Gemma initially joined Wyles Hardy in a business support role 5 years ago but has taken on various roles throughout this time demonstrating her skills and professional manner. Wyles Hardy were therefore extremely pleased that Gemma decided to take this next step in her career with the firm and are looking forward to her becoming a fully fledged valuation team member.
