Clean Cold Power UK Limited has appointed Paul Bailey and Tom Ahmad of BABR, as Joint Administrators of the Company.
The Company which started trading following the purchase of the business and assets of the Dearman Engine Company in 2020, is developing the Dearman Transport Refrigeration Unit (TRU), a zero emission TRU, which runs on liquid Nitrogen and is powered by the revolutionary Dearman Engine.

Unfortunately, the company found itself unable to secure the additional funding required to run the final stage developments and was forced to cease trading.
