Opportunity:
An opportunity to invest in or acquire the business and assets of a market leading UK-based fitness company, offering flexible, low-cost and high-quality gym memberships.
The Board is seeking offers to either refinance the company or to acquire the business and assets. All interested parties will be required to agree to a non-disclosure agreement in order to obtain access to the information data room.

Timeline:
Due to the Company’s current working capital challenges, any transaction will be executed at the earliest opportunity. Interested parties should be in a position to complete a transaction in short order. Interested parties should be in a position to submit best offers by no later than 17.00pm on 26 March 2024.
It is currently the intention to complete a transaction by 8 April 2024.
